Laureate head right / [RESTITVTO]RI ITALIAE IMP VI COS III, S C in exergue, Marcus Aurelius standing left, holding scepter and raising Italia, who holds a globe. RIC III 1077; MIR 18, 259-6/30; Banti 261. Brown patina, scratches and roughness on obverse, area of edge filing. Fine.
