From the collection of Simon Bendall.

According to Bendall, the Type II passes were the most commonly issued and subsequently, the most frequently copied. Of all the specimens examined by the author, 60% were deemed to be forgeries and a survey of those offered through auction in recent years shows that a number of these are also contemporary forgeries rather than the scarcer, official issues.

Closing Date and Time: 29 July 2020 at 13:16:20 ET.

All winning bids are subject to an 18% buyer’s fee.
