Gordian III. AD 238-244. AR Antoninianus (22mm, 5.51 g, 12h). Antioch mint. 1st series, AD 238-239. IMP CAES M ANT GORDIANVS AVG, radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / CONCORDIA AVG, Concordia seated left, holding patera. Bland, Gordian III 8; RIC IV 181; RSC 57a. Good VF. Very rare variety without cornucopia – only six known to Bland, one on CoinArchives.
