Wreathed head of Persephone left / Ajax, nude but for crested Corinthian helmet, holding sword and shield decorated with coiled serpent, advancing right on rocks; below, broken spear and crested Corinthian helmet left. H&D Group 11, 114 (O15/R36); BCD Lokris 43 (same dies); HGC 4, 990 (same dies as illustration). Toned, trace deposits, light marks. Near VF.
