Constantinople mint. + IhS XIS RЄX RЄςNΛNTIhm (sic), facing bust of Christ Pantokrator; in bars of nimbus, square jewel flanked by four pearls / + mIXAH L ЬASILЄЧS Rm, facing bust of Michael, wearing jeweled loros, holding labarum in right hand and globus cruciger in left; manus Dei above; cross of globus cruciger composed of five pellets.
