Marcus Aurelius. AD 161-180. Æ Dupondius (25mm, 11.18 g, 5h). Rome mint. Struck AD 179. Radiate head right / Victory advancing left, holding wreath and palm frond. RIC III 1241; MIR 18, 455-18/50. Attractive green-brown patina. Good VF.

Although RIC lists this issue as C (Common), it is the only example of RIC 1241 on CoinArchives.com, indicating it is a notable rarity.
