Laureate bust left, wearing imperial mantle / Sol standing left, raising hand and holding globe; S|P//MSL. RIC VII 69 corr. (a misprint in RIC VII where the obv. legend should read 1^a instead of 1^b; C&T 8.07.011 (this coin referenced). Brown and green patina, areas of minor roughness. VF. Rare.

Reportedly ex circa 1970 Bourton-on-the-Water Hoard.
