KAICAP • • ΓЄTAC, bareheaded and cuirassed bust right, slight drapery with aegis on cuirass / VΠ ATOC • TO • A •, eagle standing facing, head and tail left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; star between legs. Prieur 1136 var. (eagle’s head and tail right; same obv. die as illustrated specimen); Prieur & Amandry Group I, 20 var. (same); McAlee, Severan, Group I, 11 var. (same). Lightly toned, some minor porosity, short scratch on reverse. VF. Attractive bust type and style.
