Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Agathodaemon serpent with head of Serapis erect right; a grain ear in its coils to either side; L I Z (date) across field. Köln 1720-1 var. (obv. bust type); Dattari (Savio) 2829; K&G 35.593-35.594 var. (same); RPC IV.4 13811/18 (this coin cited and illustrated); Emmett 1443 .17 (R4). Dark brown patina with touches of green, holed and plugged in antiquity beneath bust, edge split. VF. Extremely rare type for this regnal year.
