THRACE, Chersonesos. Circa 386-338 BC. AR Hemidrachm (12mm, 2.44 g). Forepart of lion right, head reverted / Quadripartite incuse square; two opposing quarters raised, the others containing pellet and crested helmet. McClean –; HGC 3, 1437; SNG Copenhagen –; SNG Berry 502. Lightly toned, area of flat strike on obverse, small test cut on reverse. VF.
