Head of Athena Parthenos right, wearing single-pendant earring and triple crested Attic helmet decorated with Pegasos and floral pattern / Owl standing right, head facing, on amphora; magistrates’ names across field; to right, Dionysos standing left, holding mask and scepter; E on amphora, ΠE(?) below; all within wreath. Thompson 824d corr. (this coin referenced, different letters in exergue); HGC 4, 1602. Old cabinet tone, minor die wear and a few scratches under tone in obverse field. Good VF. |
