Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Isis enthroned right, crowned with horns and disk, suckling the infant Harpokrates, who is crowned with skhent and holding lotus bud; L Iς (date) across field, filleted(?) palm frond to lower right. Köln –; Dattari (Savio) 7700-5; K&G 32.530; RPC III 5814; Emmett 1138.16. Brown patina with light green deposits/highlights, a few light scratches. Fine. Scarce variety with the addition of the palm frond. Lot includes old collection envelope. |
