M AVREL COMMODVS ANTONINVS AVG, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust rigth / TR P VIII IMP V/ COS IIII P P in two lines in exergue, Commodus, in sacerdotal dress, sacrificing out of patera over lighted tripod, at the presence of: Roma, seated right, holding hasta and Victory; Felicitas seated left, holding cornucopia and grain ears; two young men, one of them playing double tibia. Gnecchi II 148, pl. 88, 3; MIR 18, 1090-1/34; Banti 441. Brown surfaces, some roughness. Near VF. Rare.
