THESSALY, Larissa. 3rd century BC. Æ Tetrachalkon (18mm, 7.15 g, 11h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left / Warrior, holding couched lance, on horse charging right. Rogers 284 var. (arrangement of ethnic); BCD Thessaly II 393.1; HGC 4, 530. Dark brown surfaces. VF. An attractive piece in hand.
