PHILISTIA (PALESTINE), Uncertain mint. Mid 5th century-333 BC. AR Tetradrachm (25.5mm, 16.90 g, 3h). Imitating Athens. Helmeted head of Athena right, with frontal eye / Owl standing right, head facing, closed tail feathers; olive spray and crescent to left, Aramaic bet to inner right; all within incuse square. Cf. Gitler & Tal XI.1D (drachm). Lightly toned, test cut on reverse. Fine. Extremely rare.
