Divus Vespasian. Died AD 79. AR Denarius (16.5mm, 3.20 g, 5h). Rome mint. Struck under Titus, AD 80-81. Laureate head right / EX S C in exergue, slow quadriga right, with tensa (car) in form of small temple, showing front, the tensa with pediment like a temple and decorated with a wreath, flanked by Victories left and right; on the side and front are standing figures. RIC II.1 362 (R2); RSC 147a. Toned, flan flaw on obverse. Near VF. Very rare with quadriga right.
