Cross crosslet, with saltire cross at center; all set upon globus above four steps; to left and right respectively, crowned facing busts of Basil, wearing loros, and Constantine, wearing chlamys / + ЬASIL’/C CωҺSTAҺ’/ ΠORFVROS’/ΠISTOI ЬAS’/RωMAIω’ in five lines; ornament above and below.
