GAUL, Nemausus. Augustus, with Agrippa. 27 BC-AD 14. Cut Æ As (28mm, 7.34 g, 1h). Struck circa AD 10-14. [Heads of Agrippa, wearing rostral crown and wreath, to left,] and Augustus, laureate, to right, back to back / Crocodile right chained to palm tree with long vertical fronds; wreath with long ties above, palm fronds below. RPC I 525; RIC I 160. VF, dark green patina, few old scratches. Cut in antiquity to make “change”.
