Marcus Aurelius. As Caesar, AD 139-161. Æ Sestertius (30mm, 22.11 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck AD 158. Bareheaded bust right, slight drapery / Felicitas standing left, leaning on column, holding caduceus and scepter. RIC III 1345 (Pius). Near VF, greenish-brown patina, roughness, planchet flaw on reverse.

From the Ken Bressett Collection. Purchased from Lincoln Higgie in 1979 for @ $50.
