Constantius II. AD 337-361. Æ Centenionalis (19mm, 2.42 g, 6h). Rome mint, 7th officina. D N CONSTANTIVS P F AVG, rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / FEL TEMP RE-PARATIO, helmeted soldier advancing left, holding shield on left arm, spearing falling horseman who extends an arm upward in vain attempt to thwart the attack. RZ(palm) extending upward to right. RIC VIII 283. VF, brown surfaces. A scarce mint for this type.
