Constantine I. AD 307/310-337. Æ Follis (19.5mm, 2.89 g, 6h). SOLI INVICTO COMITI Type. Londinium (London) mint. Struck circa AD 314. Laureate and cuirassed bust right / Sol standing right, chlamys spread, right hand raised, holding globe in left hand; S|F//MLL. RIC VII 29; C&T 8.03.009 var. (Sol is normally standing left, chlamys across shoulders, but on this type Sol is standing right, chlamys spread). Brown patina, traces of silvering toned dark gray, a little rough. Good VF. Rare.
