From the Richard A. Jourdan Collection of Medieval European Coins. Ex Elsen FPL 199 (June–July 1998), no. 784.

‘Of the other Carolingian types, a mint name across the field was initially used at Stasbourg and Regensburg, but was superseded in both places by other types. At Cologne, however, it was retained throughout the century with S (for Sancta) COLONI(A) A (for Agrippina) in bold letters in three lines across the field, one of the best known of tenth-century German types and one sometimes copied elsewhere, notably in Westphalia.’ Grierson, p.54.
