REPRODUCTIONS, PTOLEMAIC KINGS of EGYPT. Arsinöe II Philadelphos. Died 270/268 BC. Cast “AR Dekadrachm” (34mm, 21.02 g, 12h). Derived from a British Museum electrotype (R R on edge). Diademed and veiled head right; lotus scepter in background; BB to left / Double cornucopia, grape bunches hanging at sides, bound with fillet. Head, Guide, –; GPCG pl. 34, 25 (this coin illustrated); cf. CPE 344 (for prototype). Dark brown patina, minor scratches, edge marks. Good VF.
