IONIA, Magnesia ad Maeandrum. Circa 150-140 BC. AR Tetradrachm (31mm, 16.91 g, 12h). Stephanophoric type. Erasippos, son of Aristeos, “magistrate”. Diademed and draped bust of Artemis right, bow and quiver over shoulder / Apollo Delphios standing left, resting on tall tripod to right, holding branch tied with fillet; EPAΣIΠΠOΣ APIΣTEOY to left, meander pattern below; all within laurel wreath. Jones obv. die 34; SNG von Aulock 2042; BMC 37 (same obv. die). Toned, die break on obverse. Near EF.
