Fatimids. al-Amir bi-Ahkam Allah. AH 495-524 / AD 1101-1130. AV Dinar (22mm, 3.60 g, 3h). “Misr” mint. Dated AH 506 (AD 1112/3). Obverse: Three small annulets in plain band between concentric legends. CCS 3; cf. Nicol 2525. Lightly clipped, scuff in obverse field. Near EF.

The calligraphy on this piece is fully legible and of fine style. These Crusader imitations are assigned to the mint of Acre (‘Akka in Palestine).
