Steatite scarab with geometric pattern. Lower Egypt. Hyskos Period. 1650-1550 BC. (16 mm) Scarab with central bidirectional piercing for suspension. The back is plain, with no details carved. On face; swirling design with twists surrounded by single linear border. Attractive.
