Faience ushabti with blue-green glaze. Lower Egypt. Late Dynastic Period. 664-332 BC. (7.5 cm) An ushabti in mummiform form, wearing a headdress and false beard. His arms are crossed, and he holds the crook and flail. His back has a casting bar typical of period, with a painted inscription of five hieroglyphs. Intact and attractive.
