NERO CLAVDIVS CAESAR AVG GER P M TR P IMP P P, laureate head left / PACE P R TERRA MARIQ PΛRTΛ IΛNVM CLVSIT, S C across field, Temple of Janus, with latticed windows to left and garland hung across closed double doors to right. RIC I 267; WCN 143; BMCRE –; BN –. Attractive brown patina, minor smoothing. Good VF. Artistic portrait struck in high relief.
