A • VITELLIVS • IMP • GERMANICVS , laureate head left, globe at point of neck / CLEMENTIA IMP GERMAN, Clementia, draped, seated left, holding branch in right hand and long, vertical scepter in left. RIC I 18 var. (obv. legend); CSB 4; RSC 10; BMCRE p. 384, note †; BN 1; ACIP 4235a (this coin); S 2189 var. (this coin illustrated). Attractive light toning, a few faint scratches. EF. Exceptional.
