A over “Yehohanan the High Priest and head of the Council of the Jews” (classic-style paleo-Hebrew) within wreath / Two cornucopias splayed outward, adorned with ribbons; pomegranate/poppy between. Hendin 6171 (this coin illustrated); TJC A; Sofaer 6-29. Earthen brown patina. Good VF. Exceptional obverse legend, fully centered with all the wreath visible. Rare this fine.
