Jerusalem mint. “Yonatan the High Priest and the Council of the Jews” in classic style paleo-Hebrew within wreath / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ AΛEΞANΔPOY, two cornucopias splayed outward, adorned with ribbons; pomegranate/poppy between. Hendin 6185b; TJC T; Sofaer 405-417. Even brown surfaces. VF. Overstruck on an earlier issue (Hendin 6184 anchor), particularly clear on reverse.
