KINGS of THRACE, Macedonian. Lysimachos. 305-281 BC. AV Stater (18mm, 8.53 g, 12h). Uncertain mint. Struck 3rd century BC. Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΛYΣIMAXOY, Athena Nikephoros seated left, left arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background; monogram to inner left. Unpublished in the standard references. A little die rust, minor double strike on reverse. Superb EF.
