CALABRIA, Tarentum. Circa 375/0-370/65 BC. AR Nomos (20mm, 7.80 g, 9h). Youth on horse galloping right; P below / Phalanthos, holding pebble(?) in extended right hand, riding dolphin left; |- below. Fischer-Bossert Group 35, 553 corr. (V224/R422; object in right hand); Vlasto 494 (same dies); HN Italy 882. A little off center on obverse, light scratches on reverse. VF. Very rare issue, only three examples noted by Fischer-Bossert, none in CoinArchives.
