ATTICA, Athens. Circa 500/490-485/0 BC. AR Tetradrachm (20.5mm, 17.28 g, 2h). Head of Athena right, wearing crested Attic helmet decorated with small spiral on the bowl, and round earring / Owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig to left, A-ΘE to right; all within incuse square. Seltman Group Gi (unlisted dies, but similar to A128/P147); Svoronos, Monnaies, pl. 4, 26 = BMC 4 = GPCG pl. 4, 31; Asyut Group IVa; HGC 4, 1590. Lightly toned. Good VF. Exceptionally well centered and struck.
