Steatite scarab with pharaoh’s name in hieroglyphs. Lower Egypt. New Kingdoms Period. Tuthmose III. 18th Dynasty. 1479-1425 BC. (12 mm) A scarab with a central bidirectional piercing for suspension. The back is plain and undeveloped. On the face, m’n Xpr r’ n’b, cartouche for Tuthmose III. Some wear on the face present.
