MYSIA, Kyzikos. Circa 550-450 BC. EL Hekte – Sixth Stater (10.5mm, 2.64 g). Eagle standing left, wings spread and head down, holding tunny left in its talons / Quadripartite incuse square. Cf. Von Fritze I 94 (unlisted denomination); cf. Greenwell 151 (same); cf. Boston MFA 1454 = Warren 1576 (stater), otherwise unpublished. VF. Well centered. Apparently unique as a hekte for this issue.
