BAKTRIA, Pre-Seleukid Era. Sophytes. Circa 305-294 BC. AR Drachm (3.48 g, 6h). Helmeted head of Athena right / Eagle standing left, head right; above, caduceus above grape bunch on vine. Bopearachchi, Sophytes 2 var. (no caduceus); cf. SNG ANS 14-16. Good VF, light cleaning marks. Good metal for issue.
