Theodore Comnenus-Ducas. As emperor of Thessalonica, 1225/7-1230. AR Trachy (2.60 g, 6h). Type B. Struck circa 1227. Standing facing figure of the Theotokos, orans; IA/FI/AC/O/(star) to right; PH/TH/CD/(star) to left / QEODWPOC DECPOT OLIOC DIMTPI, Theodore, wearing crown and loros, and St. Demetrius, nimbate, standing facing, holding castle between themselves.
