Ruggero on horseback left, holding banner and shield / +MARA MATER DNI (N retrograde), Virgin enthroned right, holding the Child. CNI XVIII 14 var. (rev. legend); cf. Travaini 160; cf. MEC 14, 93-5. Good VF, olive patina with lighter olive and beige overtones. Attractive and well-struck example.
