JUDAEA, Gaza. Hadrian. AD 117-138. Æ 30mm (16.84 g). Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Artemis standing right, holding bow and drawing arrow from quiver, facing Marnas who stands left holding a bow; both within distyle temple decorated with and acanthus ornament in the pediment; [date] in exergue. Cf. Rosenberger 66; cf. SNG ANS 922. VF, dark green patina with some earthen encrustation, weakly struck. The exergue is too weakly struck for positive identification of the date.
