Anonymous. Circa 225-212 BC. AR Didrachm or Quadrigatus (19mm, 5.24 g). Laureate head of Janus, straight truncation / Jupiter, holding sceptre and thunderbolt, in quadriga driven by Victory right; ROMA raised in outlined trapezoid. Cf. Crawford 28/3; Sydenham 64; RSC 23; Kestner 105. Near VF, porous, flan flaw on obverse.
Kestner 105-106 seem to represent a reduced weight didrachm that is not noted by Crawford.
