CELTIC, Carpathian region. Uncertain tribe. Late 2nd-1st century BC. AR Tetradrachm (16.47 g, 1h). Imitating Thasos. Wreathed head of Dionysos right; style degraded / Herakles standing facing, head right, holding club and lion's skin; H to inner left; style and legend degraded. Lanz class III; CCCBM I S219; cf. KMW 1522. Good VF, lightly toned, light porosity.
