PTOLEMAIC KINGS of EGYPT. Ptolemy IV-VIII. Circa 225-116 BC. Æ Diobol (25mm, 16.13 g, 12h). Kyrene mint. Conjoined draped busts right of Apollo, laureate, and Artemis, wearing stephane / BASILEWS PTOLEMAIOU, diademed head of Ptolemy I right, wearing aegis around neck. Svoronos 1137 (Ptolemy IV); Weiser -; SNG Copenhagen 454 (2nd century). Good VF, attractive brown surfaces. Extremely rare.
