Claudius. AD 41-54. AR Denarius (3.85 g, 7h). Rome mint. Struck AD 41-42. Laureate head right / Constantia seated left on curule chair, feet on stool, raising hand. RIC I 14; von Kaenel Type 9; RSC 6. Good VF, gray and iridescent toning, a few trivial marks beneath tone, a small area of minor porosity on reverse. Excellent silver quality.
