Claudius. AD 41-54. Æ Sestertius (29.58 g, 6h). Rome mint. Laureate head right / EX•S C/OB/CIVES/SERVATOS in four lines within oak wreath. RIC I 96; von Kaenel Type 54, 1308 (V40/R45=this coin). Good VF, natural brown and black surfaces, areas of minor roughness, a few tiny nicks near edge about 12:30 on obverse. Pleasing portrait.
