Gordian I. AD 238. Æ Sestertius (20.75 g, 7h). Rome mint. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Securitas seated left, holding scepter. RIC IV 11; Banti 7. Good VF, mottled brown, green, and red patina, slight die shift on obverse. Exceptional. Rare.
