Undated issue (year 3, struck 134/5 CE). “Shim’on” in Hebrew at sides, façade of the Temple at Jerusalem; Ark of the Covenant within, wavy line above / “for the freedom of Jerusalem” in Hebrew, Bundle of lulav; ethrog to left. Mildenberg 90 (O17/R69); Meshorer 269a; AJC II 53; Hendin 713; Bromberg 120 (same dies). Good VF, toned, usual small areas of flat strike. Overstruck on an uncertain Roman tetradrachm.
