CAESAR AVGVSTVS DIVI F PATER PATRI[AE], laureate head right / C L CAESARES in exergue, AVGVSTI F COS DESIG PRINC IVVENT around, Gaius and Lucius Caesar, on left and right, standing facing, each togate and resting a hand on one of two shields set on ground between them; behind the shields, two crossed spears; above, on left, simpulum right, and on right, lituus left. RIC I 207; Lyon 82; RSC 43; BMCRE 519-33; BN 1651-7. Near EF, light gray, gold, and iridescent toning, small area of flat strike on reverse.
