ЦPЬ ΠETPЪ AЛEIEBИЧЪ BCEA POCIИ ПOBEЛITEЉ, bareheaded, draped, and armored bust right / MAHETA ДOБPAA HOBAA ЦEHA ПOЛTИHA AΨB (OCS date), crowned double-headed imperial eagle facing with wings displayed, holding scepter and orb; above, imperial crown. On edge: plain. Bitkin H521; cf. Severin 61; Uzdenikov 443. NGC photo graded MS 63, beautifully toned and fully proof surfaces with just a hint of whiteness where the coin lay in a cabinet, and one or two hairlines. A lovely uncirculated and rare novodel of this early type poltina.
