ЦPЬ ΠETPЪ AЛEξIEBИЧЪ BCEA POCIИ ПOBEЛITEЉ, bareheaded and armored bust right / MAHETA ДOБPAA HOBAA ЦEHA P(OУ)БЛЬ (year symbol) AΨE (OCS date), crowned double-headed imperial eagle facing with wings displayed, holding scepter and orb; above, imperial crown. Plain edge. Cf. Bitkin 178; Severin 185; Uzdenikov 484. NGC photo graded MS 62, this coin has iridescent hue of blue and gray over its lightly toned surface. A superb novodel of this first crown type of Petr I Velikiy. A mint state coin of a class rarely seen these days.
